Southwestern Students Excel at Magic Mountain Physics Day Competition
This
past Saturday, March 19th, seventy-one students went to Six Flags Magic Mountain for the annual Physics Day event.
Thirty-six of these students participated in the Physics Olympics sponsored
each year by Six Flags. There were 5 different competitions in which
1st and 2nd place were awarded in each. We are very happy
to report that our students placed in each event. We won a total of 5 out of the 10
awards. Congratulations go to:
